Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Lab Tests & Radiology

Tests & X-rays at the 5th Medical Group - Minot Air Force Base consists of Laboratory and Radiology. 

Laboratory

All laboratory tests, including pregnancy, STI screening, and IMR labs must be ordered in MHS Genesis prior to reporting to the Laboratory. Please check with the appropriate clinic to ensure the orders have been placed or call the laboratory at (701) 723-5338 to verify. 

Radiology

Our radiology department performs services via an authorized referral from your primary care manager. Routine procedures are provided on a walk-in basis. Other procedures such as MRI, ultrasound, mammography require an appointment.
