Air Force Surgeon General visits Minot Air Force Base

MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. — U.S. Air Force Surgeon General, Lt. Gen. Robert Miller, visited Minot Air Force Base Feb. 5, to observe the 5th Medical Group’s impact on readiness and share the Air Force Medical Service’s efforts to meet the demands of Great Power Competition.

MINOT AIR FORCE BASE, N.D. — The leading preventable cause of death in combat is massive hemorrhaging. For this reason, the Department of Defense trains every Airman on Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC).
